Nocutu is a mandoline with a flexible finger guard that runs on tracks to safely cut right down to the last slice.

Through thick and thin.

Razor-sharp Japanese stainless steel blade slices 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm thicknesses, and locks closed for safe storage.

Stack the deck.

Integrated non-slip foot folds out to securely raise Nocutu and allow for more food slices to stack underneath without jamming.

En garde.

Flexible finger guard snaps on and doubles as a blade cover for safe and slimline storage.
